About Nixie Clock Widget IN-12 Pro

Nixie Tube Clock widget based on the popular IN-12 nixie tubes.

Requested for a long by a lot of users of my 1st nixie tube-based clock.
It displays the current time/date and helps set up an alarm.

Main Features:

★ Time and date display depends on your locale settings

★ Exchangeable faces reflecting your mood: Metal, Wood or maybe you prefer a bare PCB - check the clock faces section for more

The application uses custom fonts made especially for this project,
to preserve the battery and prevent the Android device system from stopping the widget from working.

This widget was tested on a lot of physical devices with no fail.
However, I cannot guarantee proper functionality on all devices.

I am also begin to any suggestions about fresh features you want to see on this easy widget (a few of them found their method thanks to users' feedback, so don't hesitate to contact me if you have any ideas ;) )

The explanation for curious:
The July 2021 Google security update closed the ability to use custom fonts on Android device 10 and 11 devices. The widgets can now use the only system-installed fonts, and no 1 of them at all looks like Nixie Tube numbers. The only option I had to hold still the nixie look of the widget was to change the rendering logic to use the custom font. Unfortunately, this leads to updating time challenges, as Google, for saving battery, regularly limits the number of tasks that can run in the background. So to be able to update the time in the widget, I have to use sets of services to workaround Google limitations. And this would be awesome if the Android device OEM manufacturers wouldn't take part in the battle for the best battery performance on the market. Unfortunately, this leads OEMs to restrict access to power even more than Google planned. They tend to slay each not whitelisted application (only major players apps like Facebook, Whatsapp, etc., can survive) to present that their phone is better than the other competitors. So the only method to hold your widget "alive" is to use the setting from the article mentioned above not to slay the refreshing time services.
